Welcome!
"SF&F Reading Experience" site highlights the most entertaining and rewarding science fiction and fantasy, with emphasis on memorable reader experience (not necessarily general acceptance by the critics). It lists more than 10,000 works of fiction, all rated and many reviewed. There is plenty of SF&F-related historic and bibliographical material available on the web, however what we attempt to do is to review the most fascinating (and often overlooked) stories from the viewpoint of an avid reader, looking for the pure reading enjoyment, great ideas and lasting emotional impact. Send us your favorite SF story review or recommend a story you liked. Don't miss our "Recommended Reading (Best Of SF&F) Lists" - here! Also check out our reviews, arranged by year of publication, comprising The Wonder Timeline of SF&F of sorts. "Dark Roasted Blend" is our parent site, which is widely popular on the web, with all sorts of weird & wonderful things, updated daily. We are hoping that this site, www.scifi.darkroastedblend.com, will become similarly popular among all lovers of fantastic literature. We are going to expand into posting genre-specific feature articles, plus showcases of SF art - in addition to our usual book & story reviews and pulp fiction retrospectives! Make sure you subscribe to the feed, or by Facebook and Twitter, as you follow our exploration of the fantastic literature. Have fun! Let us know what you think about the site, email us your suggestions, or leave a comment! Avi Abrams, Dark Roasted Blend |

I could not find "Shipwreck" by Charles Logan on your site.
As far as I know, that was his only SF novel (must have been around 1975). But it was an impressive and realistic story of interstellar exploration.
